Jane Savas - Owner and Founder
Inspired by family ski vacations in Quebec, Canada, Jane decided crêpes needed to come to the USA ski market. They were a unique, fresh and a healthy alternative to the fast food usually provided at ski resorts. For 7 years, this idea grew wings, but with 6 children and managing a busy household, time was hard to come by. After countless brainstorming sessions and dinner table discussions, Jane and her husband Peter decided to take a leap of faith - and the first Pejamajo Café™ was opened at the Sunday River ski resort in Maine in 2007. And ever since then, Jane has worked tirelessly - testing recipes, considering menus, evaluating locations, designs and themes... Jane's most recent focus is launching the Holliston Pejamajo Café™ - a unique boutique crêpe café located in the beautiful historic downtown Holliston.
